option_170 no longer available, I was forced to reduce a virtual pound off of the name. So already, I am showing a bit of ambition! ;-)Weight loss is serious business, and if I want to avoid all of the health complications and social stigmas that come with being overweight, the time to take action is NOW. I won't beat people over the head with my personal battles of the bulge on my main Live Journal, but instead chronicle such adventures here.
